A three-story building, plus full-lot underground garage was designed by Robert J. Huntsberry while in private practice. This project shows that we can literally design a project from the ground up (or below ground). The first floor accommodates the retail banking space, the third floor houses the executive and accounting functions, while the second floor was designed for future bank growth and initially was leased out to third party tenants. There is a full underground garage of 25,000 sq. ft. and above ground parking to accommodate this 32,000 sq. ft. building.
