Savings Bank of Mendocino County Home Office, was designed by Robert J. Huntsberry while in private practice. The building features Glass Fiber Reinforced Concrete (GFRC) exterior panels. There are three floors above grade and one below for a total of 80,000 sq. ft., plus 4-Drive-Thru Lanes. It also contains a computer center that services the this multi-branch bank. The pre-cast terra cotta entrance portico was retained from the original bank located on the same corner. Custom doors and a clerestory were designed from the original documents to replace a modern aluminum entrance door.
